Dear Josh & Jeremy,
I’m writing to thank your customer service representative, Curt Cuting for “doing the extra” last month in the face of a pending storm.
After hearing your ad on Peter Blute’s show, I called to send my snow thrower our for a tune-up at the end of November. I coach football at St. John’s and we were preparing for a playoff game, and then a Super Bowl, so between work and practice — I lost track of my responsibility to call and arrange a delivery.
A snow storm was expected, which jogged my memory, albeit too late in the week to arrange a delivery to Shrewsbury – my fault. However, I was reassured that you rfolks were watching the storm and at that pint, it wasn’t going to amount to much.
The next day, the weather forecast changed, and a large accumulation was expected. On Saturday morning, Curt called me at 8 a.m. and asked if he could drop off my snow thrower within the hour. He did, it snowed (a lot) and I truly appreciate his effort!
Please extend my thanks to Curt, and I look forward to stopping by the store.

Dear Jeremy,
It was good to meet you at the Worcester Economic Club meeting last month. As I stated
to you that night I am a HUGE fan of your company.
Seven years ago, I was looking to buy a new lawn/garden tractor to replace a 14-year old
Sears that I purchased when we bought our home in 1986. When I make what I consider
to be a significant purchase, I tend to do a great deal of research. I had narrowed the
search down to include Cub Cadet and called a neighbor who had recently purchased a
Cub. He was thrilled with the machine and recommended me to your good company.
“Jay” is very successful and can buy anything, so his endorsement of the Cub and Ahearn
carried great weight.
Well, we went to Ahearn and came out with a 17HP beauty along with a substantial cart to
haul bark mulch, pea stone, etc.
The service and patience that were shown were awesome. No question was too dumb and
the explanations clear and respectful. Since then, I have had the occasion to go to Ahearn
for various needs. Once, when I could not get the nuts off to sharpen the blades, your
guys not only removed the nuts but sharpened the blades and would not take a dime for
their trouble. It’s no wonder why I am an Ahearn customer for life.
Please keep in mind that there is a Cub Cadet dealer in Westbourough, about 4 miles
from my home. But I choose to drive the 22 miles to Ahearn where I am comfortable and
confident that I will be welcomed and treated like family. Every time I visit, even if just
for an oil filter, I am made to feel that my business is very important to you.
I look forward to many more years with my Cub and my continued relationship with
Ahearn. And… if there is ever a time when I need a new tractor, Ahearn will be my only
destination.
Sincerely,
Leonard T. Anetil
